Shipping policy
We currently ship throughout Ontario and selected regions of Canada.
Lead Times
Estimated lead times:
- Stock products: 3–10 business days
- Custom cabinet doors: 2–4 weeks
- Kitchen cabinet packages: 2–5 weeks
- Quartz countertops: Scheduled after final measurements
Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability.
Delivery
Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date.
Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately.
Visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Material shortages
- Events beyond our control
